PRIVACY POLICY

1-800-ATTORNEY, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, PCNA Communications Corporation, hereinafter collectively referred to as "ATTY", take the right to privacy of the users of any ATTY Web Site or linked Web Site very seriously. 

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

There may be times when users register for access in certain areas on ATTY’s Web Sites and the user may be requested to provide personally identifiable information such as (but not limited to): user’s name; e-mail and regular mail address; zip code; and telephone number. In addition, users may choose to provide ATTY with additional personal information, including (but not limited to): education; employment status and history and areas of legal practice, if applicable. ATTY will not sell or reveal to any third party any such personally identifiable information, unless the user provides permission to do so, except to the extent that ATTY is compelled to provide such information by law. User’s consent to provision of such personally identifying information to third parties shall be in the form of an "opt in" or such similar policy. However, User also understands and agrees that ATTY may disclose to third parties information such as, but not limited to, user’s zip code, gender and/or age, but only in the form of aggregated information without providing any personally identifying information. By registering on any ATTY Web Site, registrants agree to allow ATTY to add them to ATTY’s e-mail list where ATTY may, from time to time, e-mail users various information, including information on products and services offered by or through ATTY. Thus, ATTY reserves the right to offer users its own and third party services and products based on the preferences that the users identify during registration and based on users’ subsequently indicated preferences. Any such offer will be made by or through ATTY. ATTY allows access to database information by third-parties providing technical services, such as e-mail, but only to the extent necessary to provide the user with those services. In those instances, the third party is bound by this policy. 

User Submissions

Users shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages/submissions and their conduct while utilizing any ATTY Web Site. ATTY reserves the right to terminate the user’s abilities to post to any information or message to the Message Board or any other such service offered by ATTY, if ATTY learns that the user has provided ATTY with false or misleading registration or any other information or has posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted any information or content that ATTY deems offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
